Retatrutide works on three receptors at once: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. Tirzepatide covers the first two. That third one is why this compound got the attention it did in Phase 2 trials, because glucagon activation pushes energy expenditure rather than only appetite signalling.
It's the most advanced compound in this category we stock, and the most expensive. If you've never run anything in this class before, Tirzepatide is the more sensible starting point.
A 30mg vial covers several weeks, though exactly how many depends on where you are in your titration, so we don't guess at it on a product page.
