Tirzepatide hits GLP-1 and GIP together. It's the most studied compound on this shelf by a wide margin and the one with the deepest trial record behind it, which is why most people start here rather than with the newer triple agonist.
We stock it at 30mg on purpose. The 5mg and 10mg vials look cheap until you count how many of them a full block takes.
A 30mg vial runs for several weeks depending on your titration. When you start a protocol we work out your reorder date from your own schedule and message you a few days before you run dry, so the vial never runs out mid-run. While you are on a protocol we hold your next vial back for you and your price is locked for the length of the run. Stay on track and the fourth vial is on us.
Order by 3pm on a weekday and it goes out the same day. Cape Town is usually next morning, the rest of the country a day or two behind that. Pay by EFT at checkout; we confirm on WhatsApp and send tracking the moment it leaves.
The powder is stable at room temperature in the sealed vial. Once it's reconstituted keep it in the fridge and use it inside about 4 weeks.
