Tirzepatide hits GLP-1 and GIP together, and it is the most studied compound on this shelf by a wide margin. This is the same compound as the 30mg vial, in half the size.

A 15mg vial covers the early weeks, where the doses are smallest. How many weeks depends entirely on your titration, so we do not guess at it on a product page. Two of these come to R1,698. One 30mg vial is R1,449. So if you already know you are running a full block, buy the bigger vial — it is R249 cheaper for the same milligrams and it is one less reorder to remember. This size exists to make a first run cheaper to start, not to be the better deal.
